Dr. Sheryl Lentfer is a board-certified optometrist. The Alaska native has been practicing in her home state since 1996. She graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and The Eye Institute in 1996 with clinical honors. Dr. Lentfer then received a fellowship from the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. Combining her prestigious training with her passion for aesthetics, Dr. Lentfer provides outstanding patient service with beautiful outcomes.
When not treating patients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as skiing, coaching, mountain and snow biking, hiking, hunting, fishing, and flying.

Welcoming staff, both at arrival & departure. Assistant for pre visit was kind to talk through the procedures being done & explaining what they were looking for to access the reason for my visit. Dr. Sherry Lentfer was very knowledgeable, courteous & explained what she was capable of doing for my situation & beyond. There were options to choose from for how extensive a procedure each individual may consider. It was a wonderful experience & I am looking forward to my treatment(s). I was most impressed with the professionalism of all the staff from start to finish. I actually had somewhat of an eye emergency. Dr. Lentfer was able to see me the very next morning. All the staff worked to accommodate my request and Dr. Lentfer acted quickly with my eye wound. They followed up the same afternoon to insure my eye was comfortable after treatment. It as a great experience. The office is very modern, professional and I recommend all ages of patients to see Dr. Lentfer and her staff. You will be so pleased with your eye experience.
